What if I disagree with the school’s proposed IEP?

If you disagree with your child’s proposed Individualized Education Plan (IEP), you may deny consent to implementing the IEP or you may sign the IEP in partial consent. You may also request another IEP meeting to discuss your concerns.

What procedural safeguards exist if my child is denied a FAPE?
